She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Davenport University and a master's certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University. As a certified strengths coach with the Gallup organization and a certified leadership coach with the John Maxwell Team, her expertise is undeniable.

Ms. Grubbs' journey in the field of human resources and performance improvement is marked by her impactful role at at&t as a Performance Improvement Manager. This position honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the intricacies of team dynamics and organizational development.
